Standard Sprung Bed Slat Kit Single Row

Our Standard Slatted Bed Base is Designed and Manufacture in-house by our Design Team. We only use the highest quality components from specialist manufacturers; ensuring our finished product is built to last.

Our Standard Single Row Kit is ideal when manufacturing a new bed frame or for converting flat bed slats to sprung bed slats on an existing bed frame.  

Our Standard Single Row Kit consist of

2 Beech Ply Multiplex Rails; Pre-Drill to exect our Holders
15 Quality Beech Sprung Bed Slats (63mm x 8mm)  - May vary depending on the length specified
30 Single Slat Holders, which are doweled into the side rails using Pegs to add strength and durability

Rail 50mm x 20mm x 2000mm

Height of Rail Including the holder - Approximately 65mm

Gap in between Slats  - Approximately 65mm

Lumber Adjusters

Six tensions adjusters are placed on each row of slat in the lumber region. The Sleep is able to move the adjusters to make it firmer in the Lumber Region. 

Bed Frame (Measurments)

We offer a cutting service were we are able to cut the length of the rails to your exact length 

We are also able to cut the slat down 

Measure the inside edge of your size rail to the inside edge of the other side rail; minus 55mm

For Examples 

If  inside edge of your size rail to the inside edge of the other side rail is 900mm. You slats will need to be cut down to 845mm
