Roll-Out Sprung Bed Slat are very time efficient to install compare to Individual Sprung Slats and Individual Holders.
The can bed used on Wooden Beds, Metal Beds and Upholstered Bed Frames. These are also commonly used in the Caravan and Camper Van Industry.
We can supply our Roll-Out Kits with either set with Standard 8mm, Medium Duty 10mm or Heavy Duty 12mm Beech Sprung Bed Slats. Both the 10mm and 12mm will be Chamfered in the ends to 8mm to allow them to fit within the holders.This makes the product very versatile; as we can custom extra wide widths. We can also supply Single Row of slats for Small Double and Double Bed Frames where there is only One Sleeper
We also carry out Premium Roll-Out Holders is 150 Meter Rolls, so we can offer custom Lengths. This is particularly useful if you are manufacturing an Extra Long Bed Frame or an Emperor bed where the length needs to be longer then 2000mm.
