Do you require replacement sofa bed slats? Most Sofa Beds with wooden slats tend to be Sprung Bed Slats opposed to Flat Bed Slats. Sprung Slats are curved and made by Laminating Thin Layers of wood Together. The Preferred material is Beech; however many manufacturers are cutting cost and using Birch or Poplar as a inferior alternative. All our Slat are manufacture from Beech. 

Sofa Bed Slats tend to be Thicker and Longer that Standard bed slats.

We custom make Sprung Bed Slats meaning we can produce Any Width and Any Length; as long as we have length or raw material in stock

Due to machine set up times, our Minimum order is 4 Slats. We are able to Supply 8mm, 10mm (1cm) and 12mm custom slats. 

We also offer an advance machining Service
- Tapering Service - We can provide you with a wider slats and taper then ends down to a narrower size; so they fit into your existing plastic holders
- Chamfering Service - We can take the end of our 10mm and 12mm slats to 8mm; so they fit into your existing plastic holders. As sofa bed slats tend you bed very long; you can purchase a thicker slats and uses this service to ensure they are still compatible with your sofa
